Implementation Audits

1 Integration's senior PLM consultants can audit any PLM implementation to determine if high-value improvements can be made in a relatively short time period. In many cases, customers don't fully recognize the capabilities of the PLM system due to an improper configuration and customization performed by less experienced consultants. In other cases, the customer has implemented the system without enough time or resources to take advantage of the PLM system's capabilities.

1 Integration audits include (at a minimum) the following deliverables:

  • Depth of implementation
  • Replacement of additional legacy applications with the PLM system
  • Management of additional data with the PLM system
  • Ease of use of the PLM system
  • Function of existing PLM system integrations or interfaces
  • Feasibility of additional PLM system integrations or interfaces
  • PLM system security
  • Change Management and Configuration Management
  • Part, Document, and Product Management
  • Business and Process Management

By taking advantage of a PLM system audit, you may be able to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your PLM system while reducing the time to recoup your PLM investment.
