This advanced process simulation methodology is used to build real-life "As-Is" and "To-Be" process models to supplement the Business Process Redesign project. 1-Integration uses a special business process simulator that combines process mapping, discrete-event simulation and a flexible report generator to quickly evaluate the metrics from various alternatives.
